USM unable to load alarm and metric data into UMP. We are getting below stack traces USM console alternatively.

Details:
com.firehunter.ump.exceptions.DataFactoryException : java.lang.RuntimeException: (120) Callback error, Received status (120) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'dispatcher'
Please check the log for more information.

Try the following and see if it helps.

USM fails to load - CA Knowledge 

Also, check if historical alarms exceeds over 80,000.

How many Historical Alarms can be displayed in USM - CA Knowledge

We are working with the customer through support case.

Apparently there are massive number of alarms coming.
