  • 1.  Error while viewing dashboard in AE 12.1

    Hi there,

     

    We have Analytics and Dashboard steup in our AE 12.1.1. It was working fine till recently. I updated the awi to version 12.2.1 yesterday after which i am getting the below error when viewing the dashboard.

    Widget content cannot be loaded. The related UI plug-in is missing in the AWI installation

     

    Is there something i may have to configure in awi directory to make it work again?

    Hi KumarRahul605332,

     

    As one of the step (for the Analytics) was installing the Analytic plug-in within the AWI..  Since you have "upgraded" the AWI... Did you make sure that you had put the plugin in the new AWI version (and/or) is there + configured?
