  • 1.  Is there a status page for CA PPM on Demand customers?

    We are experiencing intermittent errors with our ca ppm on demand instance. We've logged a support case but not had a response yet. 

     

    Is there somewhere I can a service status page like trust.salesforce.com?

    Hi djhampson,

     

    Did you check "SAAS LIVE PERFORMANCE" page?

    It is place on CA Support Online->MENU->SAAS LIVE PERFORMANCE.
