We have several color blind users that have benefited from the "high contrast color mode" in classic UX.
Is this available in New UX, and if not, when will it be available?
If not available out of the box, any workarounds available?

You are right Dale, but I don't think there is any workaround for that. I checked in CA PPM 15.4 and there is no option for High Contrast UI when it comes to the NEW UI for optically challenged users.
