We have a requirement like, when an user approves the workflow task from mobile platform or desktop, it should update in the ticket that approved from source . How can we achieve this?

Firstly, what platform are you using for the tasks? Classic Workflow or Process Automation?
What aspect of the ticket are you looking to update?
Our requirement is that whenever an user update the status of the workflow task, activity should reflect in the interface like which source , he has used to update the status ex: Mobile interface or Desktop.
That is an interesting idea. It would require a customization at this point to accomplish, though.
Does anybody out there have any ideas how to do something like this?
