    Hi Team,

I am planning to Archive and purge all the Tickets created before 1st jan 2016.

Can someone help me what additional query needs to be added while creating Archive and purge rule.

    Regards,

    Kripesh

There are many OOTB Archive and Purge rules provided with CA SDM.

By default, these rules have an INACTIVE status.

You can simply activate one of the OOTB Archive and Purge rules (or create your ow) and set the value for the DAYS INACTIVE appropriately.
