  • 1.  Issue while searching the users in EEM from Assign Task Operator

    Hello,

     

    I am getting below error while searching for users which already exists in EEM and able to login to ITPAM. Please let me know how to get it fixed.

     

     

     

    C2o log displays the below error.

    Are you searching by their Principle name as shown in EEM?

     

     

    That is the value we need to enter into the Search box.

    Yes, I am Searching with Principle name as shown in EEM.

    What version of Process Automation are you using?  And is EEM connecting to an LDAP user store?  If so, you might try searching using Domain\userid to see if that returns the user.

    Yes, EEM connects to user store.

     

    We had tried searching using domain\userid but still the same error.

    I found an old issue in 4.2SP2 where the search was expecting a double slash in the domain/userid search.  So can you try domain//userid to see if that works?

    Tried with double slash but still the same error.

    Have you gotten past this?  If not please open a support case so we can review what is going on when Process Automation attempts to search for a user in EEM.

    Naveen currently has an issue open with support for this issue.
