  • 1.  Jasper compatibility

    Hi TEam

     

    We are installating JAsper 6.3 for service desk application. According to compatibility matrix jasper does not support sql 2016 as of now. but our sdm application database running on ms sql 2016. Then how can we connect jasper to sdm mdb?

    Hi Aamir,

    The compatibility matrix you mention is for Jasper compatibility fro internal database.

    So you can have  Jasper 6.3  on SQL 2014 accessing  Service Desk 17.1 mdb on SQL 2016.
