I get an error when I execute ccc_setup.sh on Linux ?

Hi Pascal,

There seems to be trouble with the file /mnt/Linux/ccs_self. Try running the "file" command on it to see if it is valid.
This is what I get in my test environment with the same DVD (note, I am on RHEL 7.2 Maipo):

file ccs_self
ccs_self: POSIX shell script, ASCII text executable

If your file command gives any different output or any errors, it has most likely been corrupted while downloading the image or copying it to the server. Try using FTP download/upload methods with binary mode enabled.

That is certainly the correct DVD. What did you use to copy it over to your Linux server?

Also, my image size is different than yours:

And to answer to your question, I downloaded the iso on my pc before copy to a share samba accessible from my Linux server but when I open the iso on my pc, I have the same error ie I can't copy the file ccs_self and other to a local directory ...

I spoke to Eric and he will call you shortly. Meanwhile, I did perform the download using your method based on your screenshot. I also got a 2GB iso image file and when I mounted it on my Linux system I got the same error using the file command on the ccs_self file:

[Linux]# file ccs_self
ccs_self: ERROR: cannot read (Input/output error)

So the issue is indeed the iso image from our website. The correct size for the DVDCCUNLX1136S73E.iso image is 5367515136 bytes (5.3 GB). Downloading it the way you did, it delivers a 2147479552-byte (2GB) iso image file. To get the correct 5.3GB file, please download using the cloud-shaped icon under "Download" in my previous screenshot.

We will request to have this corrected on support.ca.com.
