How accurate are your workflow runtime estimates?

To improve workflow runtime estimation, our software engineers and data scientists have developed a Critical Path estimation method. This method works by estimating runtimes using the longest time-based path through a workflow, and dynamically adjusts this estimate as job completion data becomes available. To assess how well this works for you, our customers, we have developed a simple script that will allow us to assess the accuracy of this novel method on your most time-critical workflows. Assessing estimation accuracy will then help our data scientists to improve Automic’s runtime estimation abilities, allowing you to schedule and complete your time-critical jobs on-time.

Follow the link below for instructions to send us data your data. The script will export data from five business and time critical workflows you select in an easily reviewable CSV format. Once you approve the data and send it over, it will be analyzed internally, and not shared with outside parties or customers. Thank you for helping Automic make better software.
