  • 1.  Procedure to upgrade a System Agent

    Hello

     

    I would upgrade a System Agent from 11.3 SP6 to 11.3 SP7 on different OS

     

    On a solaris machine, I tried with agent_setup.sh from DVDSTAGTU1136S73E.iso but there is no upgrade option ?

    Hi Pascal,

    You can upgrade the CA WA System Agent using appropriate upgrade fix from the list below:

     

    CA Workload Automation System Agent 11.3 SP7 General Availability Announcement 

     

    SUN-SPARC-32                          RO93780
    SUN-SPARC-64                          RO93783
    SUN-X86                               RO93785

    Bonjour Pascal

     

    I would suggest to upgrade to Release 11.4 by picking up the different System Agents on the Agent DVD.

    You can upgrade by using the interactive program

     

    Install or Upgrade the Agent By Using an Interactive Program - CA Workload Automation System Agent - 11.4 - CA Technolog… 

     

    Or in Silent mode

     

    Install or Upgrade the Agent Using a Silent Installer - CA Workload Automation System Agent - 11.4 - CA Technologies Doc… 

     

    To get the DVD, from the download area at support.ca.com, use product "CA Workload Automation AE - System Agent (AutoSys)", then select "CA Workload Automation Agent AE MULTI-PLATFORM"   11.4

     

    File name is: WASYSAGT114B0000.iso
