  • 1.  Add On Hold to Kanban Cards

    Every Kanban card in CA-AC has 5 icons at the bottom (New, Actions, Ready, Block, Color). Can we add a 6th for "On Hold"? This comes up often especially for Portfolio Items.

    Hi Eugene,

    There isn't a way to add more icons to bottom of the card. Will you consider adding this details (On-Hold info , which you mentioned) to the card details instead of as an icon?

    It's software... there has to be a way to add a 6th icon. We have already invoked a custom field called "On Hold" with a Yes/No check mark. Yes, we can add that to the cards. An "On Hold" icon (just like the "Ready to Pull" icon) would just be a more elegant and visually striking way to do it. The use case is that many teams will have multiple items in a column of the Kanban, but some of them are not being worked on... they are "On Hold". So, they want a way to easily mark then in that state.

    When I said: "There is no way" , I meant with the current software. Of course it can be modified to allow it.
