DX Application Performance Management

We are experiencing a situation where BlamePointers (RPI, ART, EPI, Concurrent Invocations) would suddenly stop reporting values , they reporting 0.(See attachment). We are able to confirm from application logs and Splunk that there are calls happening in the application and they are completing successfully. We did notice a metric clamp at some point but my understanding is that only affects new metrics not existing metrics. 

Can someone help Tesleem with a next step?
