1) Is there a recent copy of the CA Process Automation Roadmap which can be uploaded here?

The last one I found is from 2013 here:

2) Are there any plans to support the Microsoft email protocol MAPI?

Please reach out to Sridhar Baratam who is the PA product manager about getting hold of the latest Process Auto roadmap that you can post to the PA communities site.
I have a copy of the roadmap from around 2 years ago when Vinay Chittimilla was the PM, but he left not long after and I would hope that Sridhar would now have produced an updated version of the roadmap that reflected his vision of the product since Vinay left.  
If you don't get any joy from Sridhar let me know and I can send you the copy of the roadmap that I have, it;s a later version than you have but I am hoping that Sridhar has updated it since then, so check with him. 

Confirmed from CA Product Management that MAPI Support is not on the current CA PAM Roadmap.

Does CA PPM support MAPI for email?
