Not able to understand why this is happening my dxserver and Igateway services are running

Seems the IPv6 is being picked up. Can you try after disabling ::1 address on the server? Is vnet the hostname of the EEM server?

yes vnet is the hostname of the EEM server i got the message that connection to EiAdmin is successfull but it was along these errors

Both the services are running but still getting error

ConfiguratorImpl::~ConfiguratorImpl init/term mismatch (reference count =1). Make sure that every init has an associated term

can you check the /etc/hosts file on vnet and ensure IPv6 is commented out? Also if it is SuSE or any other Debian Linux you might have an extra 127.0.1.1 line which might get in the way of DNS. Try commenting that out too.

This didn't worked

Is WAAE being installed on vnet or some other host and is that Windows or Linux/UNIX? What is the hostname of the planned WAAE server? "ai_family not supported" could happen if the hostname is too long.

WAAE is being installed on vnet it's an hostname, i am trying to run it over Linux RHEL 7.5 on a VM. I will let you know about the previous reply after checking it today. Do you know the list of Libraries / RPM packs required as pre-requisites for installing WAAE, CC, WCC.

I tried Uninstalling and re-installing the Common components but below is the installation log which is created if you have any idea please guide.

The messages may occur in the AutoSys logs if/when the application server and/or event_demon lose connectivity with the igateway process. Please check network connectivity between the AutoSys and EEM hosts. Additionally make sure the process igateway is running without errors on the EEM host.
