How to export users and user details from one instance and import to another?

  • 1.  How to export users and user details from one instance and import to another?

    I have a task to create 30 WCC users in our test instance2. These users are already defined in Test instance1. I have attempted to export the global users, global user groups, users and user groups. However when I import the xml file to the test instance2 the safex command doesn't import the user details (specifically responsibilities). How can I debug or fix the problem?
