Hello Team,

We have changed AE Database password and restarted the AE engine server. Since then, it is unable to start CP's and WP's. May be it was trying to login with old password. What could be the solution here. Do I need to update the password in AE's ini file, if so in which encryption format should I place the password there?

Yes the password in the AE INI file will need to be updated. For encryption you will use the ucybcryp.exe utility that is provided in the Tools directory of the image

I tried running ucybcryp.exe but it is not getting opened, not sure what is the reason.

Its explain/have example how to run it.

try the different ucybcryp.exe on different machine.
