    Hello CA team,

Good Morning!I would to know how can I create in CA PERFORMANCE CENTER the latency reports.I think that I can use the Ehealth latency, but there is an field as "granularity value" that I can't fill and I don't know which value that I can use in this field.

    thank you,

    Valéria

    Hi Valeria,

I am not sure that we have a matching latency configuration in PM.

I'll reach out to the team and see what further answers I can find about this.

    Thanks,

    Michael

Latency in eHealth was a ping to the IP address the device was being polled at unless using alternate latency which could use Cisco ping.

The closest thing in CAPM would likely be Reachability average response time.

As Keith mentioned Reachability is the closest to Latency in ehealth
