    Hello everyone, I have a question. I need to set up an event in the catalog to send an email to the approver of a request every 48 hours if the request has the status pending approval. Thank you

    I suspect this can't be performed purely through the Event - Rules - Actions system; there's no event for "it's another 48 hours since the last one". You could do the first two by having a Warning SLA or 48 hours and an Expiry SLA of 96 hours on approval, then if you need to continue sending more have the Expiry SLA also trigger a PAM process that waits 48 hours before checking the status, and if you're still Pending Approval sending the mail before looping around.
