No service is available to Take/Return

I can assign the actions to multiple assignee or the EEM group  in ITPAM's fulfillment process.

 

I can click the take/return button. But I am not able to select service option and finish take/return in SC. It always display "No service is available to Take/Return".

 

Please help.
