  • 1.  Adding Collaboration tab when creating an Idea

    Is there a way to add a collaboration tab in IDEA investment?  We are using 15.2 and the Management team would like to be able to store business cases etc with the Idea investment? Is this possible?

    Hi JC,

     

    The collaboration tab only exists in projects.  However you do have attachment attributes that you can store one or more documents in.  They can be added to the idea object just like any other attribute.  You might want to think about adding a documents subpage  to the idea object and adding attachment attributes for the documents you plan to store on the idea.

     

    You could also have a Documents section on the main properties page.  

     

    I am sure there are many other ways you could implement something like this to make your documents easy to find on your Ideas.
