  • 1.  Spooler Probe- Flush status unknown

Hi guys, hope u are well.

I'm observing that the spooler probe of the ump robot has its Flush Status as Unknown.

Inside the spooler and controller logs I don't see errors that could indicate some problem.

Into the probe utility of spooler probe shows no connection, trying to conencting without success.

Both HUB and UMP are in the same network. No firewall between them.

I restarted the nimsoft service on the ump side, without success.

Does anyone know why this condition?

    How I can resolve it?

I appreciate any guidance to figure out this issue.

    Thanks in advance!

    EOS.

Can you go to the nimsoft directory and see if you have a hub directory there. I can see this situation when some one by mistake deploy the probe hub and after that the spooler never works fine. You must delete the hub directory and redeploy de spooler probe by update robot.
Also you can open the controller on this UMP check installed package to see if the hub probe is listed there.

Thank you very much for your feedback Rubens.

I replaced the spooler probe from the update version option, I marked the checkbox Replace existing probe.

Once the process ended, I can see again the spooler probe in a normal condition.

Thanks again, your comment helped me a lot to resolve this.

    have a nice weekend!
