  • 1.  How to remove service option from multiple service offering

    Hi Team ,

     

    I have created service option in catalog which is by default assign all service offering. please suggest me back-end procedure to remove it form few of them .

     

    we are working on catalog 14.1

    Hi,

     

    Has it been added to each in turn, i.e. can you remove it from Catalog > Service Offerings > Offerings > (the offering you wish to edit) > Definition ?

    Hello Iam,

    There were 100 service options which should have been associated with one service offering but after creation it got attached to 130 service offerings.I manually went to each service offering -> edit the service option selection -> unchecked the box for that service option.This was time consuming.Could you please give some other alternative?

    That does sound like a bug somewhere, and certainly not regular behaviour. I suspect you'd be best off raising a support case if it happens again. The method you're following is the safest way to repair it, however.
