    Hello,

I am trying to implement Portal 4.2 EE installation. My installation having trouble showing analytics data. In browser console I see unauthorized error messages. I see some potential problems however I don't know what is the root cause of this problem. Has anyone experience same problem and able to solve?

    Hi Ozan,

Not sure if you went over these steps just yet, but a good start:

Troubleshoot Analytics - CA API Developer Portal - 4.2 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Thank you Joe,

in documentation it states either JARVIS_URL or JARVIS_MIDDLEWARE_URL might be wrong in portal.config file.

I searched all portal computer but there is no portal.config file.

As far as I remember it never asked me to enter these values as well.

Do you know where this portal.config file located?

I did not locate the portal.config but you can check the analytics-server container. It stores them as environment variables you can access via docker inspect <container id> .. as seen below:

    Hi There,

What is the portal version you are using?

few things to check with the Analytics issues:

    - Do we have enough RAM allocated to this box?

    - Is the /etc/resolv.conf configured correctly and DSN is set up properly?

    - Is this an upgrade that worked fine before and fails after the upgrade?

    - Check the Jarvis containers logs for any errors.

    Hope this helps,

    Regards,

    Amit.

    Good afternoon,

Were you able to resolve the issue? What was the final result?

    Sincerely,

For those that do not want to upgrade following the KB workaround fix that Leandro mentions has worked for a couple of customers I worked with.
