    Hi Muhtashim,

You need to create a non technical case and provide the following:

    1. Hostname of the server where you will install Xtraction
    2. Xtraction version.

A support representative from non-technical team will provide you the .lic file.

Additionally, there are a couple of documents that I think will be helpful:

How to replace existing expired licenses in Xtract - CA Knowledge

How to replace existing (non-expired) licenses in - CA Knowledge

How to install Xtraction v13.3? - CA Knowledge

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Pablo

    Hi Muhtashim,

oyapa01 implies you need to log a case with Support via the Support Online website and supply the Hostname of the server where you have installed Xtraction and Xtraction version to request the Xtraction license. Once received follow the steps in the KB articles he pointed out.

    Hope this clarifies the matter?
