  • 1.  how to set an action to cancel a request

    Hello everyone, I need to create an action for the rule of default of SLA installs request that allows me to cancel the request once it reaches the breach, would be two actions, for now only makes the notification via email, I need to do that said request is canceled or closed automatically. This without using PAM. Thank you
