  • 1.  ARRFCASEAUDITLOG TXID is 'Null'

    Hi

    Does anyone know why the TXID is ‘null’ in the ARRFCASEAUDITLOG but the TXID exists in the ARR_CASE_TXN table?

    I have attached two screenshots.

    Regards;

    Basically we use ARRF_CASE_TXN for case audit logging and whatever we store in ARRFCASEAUDITLOG, it is only used for Casemanagement component whereas ARRF_CASE_TXN contains the mapping of the transactionid and its case status.
    Basically for one transaction, we would have 3 entries in the ARRFCASEAUDITLOG, out of which only the one which has the txid is the active one and others are the entries which tell the previous case status.

    Thanks,

    Hi,
    Another question: In a multi-channel organization, we want to get the transaction data for case in ARRFCASES when we have multiple ARRF_CASE_TXN_CHNL1ARRF_CASE_TXN_CHNL2ARRF_CASE_TXN_CHNL3

    Thanks

    Will every single case at some point contain a 'casetatus 0'?

    can we get the number of open cases from ARRF_CASE_TXN table?

    Hi Neo,

    Will every single case at some point contain a 'casetatus 0'?

    Sharan --> yes

    can we get the number of open cases from ARRF_CASE_TXN table?

    Sharan --> Yes we can but only if a CSR has been assigned a case and when he starts working on it.

    Thanks,
    Sharan
