DX NetOps

We have a customer that started at one property so we created a topology group and collection for that property and then assigned it a user group in the users TAB. He was then added to that group, and then had only visibility to those devices.  Now that person has moved to a different property  which we also have locked down to a topology group and a collection. So I moved him from the one group to the other group, no problem he now belongs to the new group . But now he has requested the visibility to both groups because he may be called upon to assist the people  at the old property.  How can we give him access to more than one groups in the users Users Tab?

I am assuming the User Groups have Access Communities assigned to them that lock them down to the particular collection. If so, then what you should be able to do is create a "special" User Group for this user that has both Access Communities that allow access to both collections.
