Can anyone please respond my below query..

Hi,

I have configured VCS and Build connector and able to see changeset, changes and build id under task and able to see build status under build dashboard app. However, I would like to see build traceability against the build. I can able to select the build definition and build id in build traceability app, but it didn't show anything.  it shows empty page.

Kindly suggest to fix this.

That is a very old app, but if you check the Developer Console in your browser when using it, are there any errors?

Hi Michael,

I assume, you have asked to check with developer access. Yes, I have checked both admin access and developer access. But results are same. I am not able to see any information in build traceability app. I can see the blank page as per attachment.

I mean the Developer Console in the browser where you can see and javascript errors.

. Chrome browser > More Tools > Developer Tools > click on Console tab 
. Firefox browser > Tools > Web Developer > click on Web Console 
. IE browser > Tools > F12 Developer Tools > click on Web Console

OK.  That is probably not good.  No idea why or how to fix it, however.

Maybe someone else has a thought?
