Hi,

In the request list screens of "Open Requests" / "Pending My Action" / "Completed Requests", there is a field "Requested By" displaying the userid of requester.

How to change it to display the fullname? Or change it to FULLNAME(USERID) format, which is the format in request detail screen.

We are using SC 17.1 too. 

We get this result in both my VM and customer environment.

The list screen only display userid. Do you know why?

The detail screen display fullname as expected.

And further I do not know why your environment shows different.

The 'requested by' shows as on your attached screenshot.

So it seems that the 17.1.0.1 patch may resolve this - chison.cai, do you have any plans to install the 17.1 Rollup 1 patch? If you can test it in a non-production environment, that could tell us if it resolves this behavior.

OK. I am going to apply the 17.1.0.1 patch in my VM. 

Hotfix is available for this issue.

We applied this hotfix and observed that this issue is fixed.

I have validated the behavior on my 17.1 catalog version and I see similar display as that of Louis_van_Amelsfort

Could you provide us a screenshot of ABOUT page on your Catalog environment?

Provide a screenshot of your catalog - Configuration - Request Management Configuration page?

Do you have any customizations in your environment i.e.any custom files in filestore?
