Hello;

My CA TDM Portal, seems to limit the list of the "Submitted Requests" just for 3 months old Requests.

Any request older than 3 months, don´t return on the search...

There is a way to increase the range? I searching for requests we published on January/18; and we can´t find it.

Hi Danilo,

In the CA TDM Portal, I could see the list of submitted requests older than 3 months. Please can you verify the correct project is selected and/or check the 'All Projects'. Also select the required category (Modeling / Generators etc.,)

Strange...

We are running CA TDM here, since Oct/17; and have many executions (Self Service and Generators)...

I´m sure we have seen; many other executions we made between Oct/17 and 26/04...

But now, just these guys apears here:

There is any table on GTREP database, where i can see it?

There is any type of purge, that can clean these guys out of the database?

Hi Danilo,

Yes, there is a table gtrep_job_information in GTREP Database. This would contain the Job details.

It seems there is a purge option, but I've not tried it.

1. Launch the Data Maker using the 'Run as Administrator' option
2. Press Ctrl + Alt+ M, to launch the below screen.
3. The highlighted option can be used, I guess.

I think thats the option!

I changed the value, from 90 days, from 900 days, and thats the response...

Remembering, thats 90 days (3 months), the cut on my jobs...

I changed, and will wait to see it works...
