  • 1.  Servicedesk not accessible with 8080

    Hi Team

     

    i just noticed that attachments are not uploading. On investigation , i found that our servicedesk is not accessible with 8080 port. as it giving web page error. But it is accessible with IIS port  i.e 80 .

    Please advise

    Hi La-Qa,

     

    Please try the following:

     

    pdm_tomcat_nxd -c stop
    pdm_tomcat_nxd -c status
    (to make sure it shows as "Stopped"
    Wait 30 - 60 seconds and then issue this command:
    pdm_tomcat_nxd -c start

     

    Then test behavior. If the issue remains, provide:

     

    the last stdlog

    pdm_tomcat.log
