i just noticed that attachments are not uploading. On investigation , i found that our servicedesk is not accessible with 8080 port. as it giving web page error. But it is accessible with IIS port i.e 80 .Please advise
Please try the following:
pdm_tomcat_nxd -c stop pdm_tomcat_nxd -c status (to make sure it shows as "Stopped" Wait 30 - 60 seconds and then issue this command: pdm_tomcat_nxd -c start
Then test behavior. If the issue remains, provide:
the last stdlog
