  • 1.  error while restaring apache process

    Hi All,

     

    We are not able restart successfully apache process for SRP (secure reverse proxy) server.  Siteminder agent is installed on the server and it is acting as a secure reverse proxy server. Apache process is not coming up successfully. PFB the screenshot of apache process.
    Server Details.
    Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.9 (Santiago).

    Hi Kavin,

     

    I see that you have worked with CA Support and as per update we see Apache has been compiled and customized by an internal team. So you have to contact them to get this problem with Apache solved. This task
    goes out of our support scope.
