SNGTW-Failed to create incident for an alarm

Hi All,

 

In our environment we have integrated UIM with servicenow(ITSM tool) for ticketing using sngtw probe.Frequently we are receiving " failed to create  incident for an alarm" alerts and ticket is missing for those alarms.

Also sometimes the probes does not send any alarm to servicenow. Probe restart is required to resolve this issue.

CA support is unable to help since we are using unsupported version(istanbul).

Is there any solution for this issue?
