    Hi All,

     

    We are trying to Upload Users and User Accounts in Bulk for CA Advanced Authentication -9 and are following the below mentioned link Uploading Users and User Accounts in Bulk - CA Advanced Authentication - 9.0 - CA Technologies Documentation  for the same.We are successfully able to upload the users in default org but it is taking 6/7 mins to upload max of 2/3 users using CSV Bulk upload.Can anyone help us understand why it is consuming this much of time or How can we facilitate a faster way of Bulk Upload.

     

    And also that is this bulk upload functionality only supported for default organisation or It can also be performed for some custom Organisation with Administrator Authentication Mechanism as LDAP User Password.

    Hi Rashmeet, 

     

    The bulk upload can be done for any organization including the org that has LDAP authentication mechanism as per my test. If it's taking long in your environment then probably some slowness on DB side. Have you opened a case with support on this issue ?
