  • 1.  Monitor Server with ICMP disabled

    Hi All,

     

    My customer has a requirement to monitor an end server on which ICMP is disabled, therefore we cannot ping it but we can RDP it. Is there a way to monitor the end server if it is up or down?

    Yes ,do a TCP port Monitoring using Net_connect probe.

    Note :There is a option to force service check .
