  • 1.  CA UIM Relay Hub Installation Error

    Hi Experts,

     

    We are using UIM SaaS.

     

    While deploying the relay hub, installation getting aborted PFA below for your refrence.

     

     

    Also we checked installation logs in /tmp/ca_uim we found errors like.

     

     

    So please kindly suggest why this is happening and how we will fix this.

    Hi Yu,

     

    Thank you so much for your suggestions, as of now this issue is resolved, we tried again with SSH and import .CSR certificate file, also we pass a rule over firewall which allow tcp port number 443 after that installation of relay Hub is succeeded in both of the above tried cases.

     

     

    In case of any help or if we do stuck somewhere will definitely open a support case.
