I also seem to remember that support.ca.com login was not previously needed to access pcm.ca.com from the internet.
I am now getting a HTTP ERROR 504 (pcm.ca.com took too long to respond) from my mobile.
I will check this out internally.
In the meantime login via support.ca.com should provide access from the CA APM Product Home Page:

PCM has been publicly available since it was released. Are they getting prompted? Normally you just need to login with your CSO credentials, like if you were using docops or communities.
