CAUIM - IM does not accept login

Hello CA Guys,

 

I need a little help of you all  

 

We our environment, we have got some customers from another countries. For some cases from another countries, we use hub terciary (third level hub). First the final customers attach on a secondary hub and after that the secondary hub attach on hub core.

 

 

I got a problem on a new Hub. The IM does not accept login (user wrong) and I do not know why.

I tried several users. Including the full initial administrator.

 

Someone knows how to disable security on IM or how to create a user local ?
