These are the steps i follow to integrate with any web app using ca pam browser.

    1) Check if the web page works using Chrome without the need for loading java/adobe plugins.

If yes then most likely it will work with Ca pam browser too.

    2) Configure device/Services , accounts and policy , Perform learn mode and save.

    3) in the policy do not specify account for auto login, try to launch the application from the ca pam and enter the credential manually. If you are logged in successfully then next time specify the accounts in the policy.

Basically step 3 is to ensure that auto login works with ca pam accounts and you can eliminate account related issues there.

Often there are times when the application expects additional information apart from username/password and submit button , like for example in your case IP address in the first text box and may be(domain/host name in the last list box at the end, If those settings are not set by default in the login page by the application then it may not work.)

There are some web pages for which it will not be possible to configure auto connect.  Sometimes it is because plugins are used by the web page.  It may also be because of the way the code for the page is written.  For example, the page may disallow the automatic insertion of passwords.  In some cases it may be possible to get this to work by clicking in the window while the "Please wait, logging in." message appears.  After clicking, press the enter key.  This technique works for one web portal that could not be otherwise made to work.  This would seem to indicate the need for an enhancement, which I will propose to Engineering.
