  • 1.  How to change the Date & Time format in AE v12?

    Hi All,

     

    It would be great to know the configuration setting related date and time in AE V12.1. We are currently have date being displayed in DD/MM/YYYY format but instead of this we want to apply MM/DD/YYYY format. Any lead on this would be appreciated.

    have you tried to configure the AWI settings?

    We have tried this settings but it is only changing the format of the clock not the date format what we are expecting.

    Hi Bhaskar900 ,

     

    The date format is taken from the OS - Regional settings.

    As treal04 pointed out, this setting is picked up from the operating system. Here’s how to set it in Windows 7.

    Browsers different to IE or Edge providing the language setting of the browser to AWI and based on this the date format is used. Changing the workstation settings doesn't provide the result expected.. In my case Google Chrome.

    With Browser chrome you have to open chrome://settings/languages and change the default from English (United States) to for example English. Therefore you have to choose the language and move it to the top in the list.
    After this please logoff from AWI - optional restart your browser - and logon again. Now the format should be DD/MM/YYYY or in my case as my browser setting is German DD.MM.YYYY.
