  • 1.  UIM SaaS HA for Relay HUB

    Hi Experts,

     

    We want to know is there any possibility to configure HA (Higher Availability) for relay hub, is it possible in UIM SaaS or not.

     

    Kindly suggest, your suggestion will be appreciated and helpful for us.

    Hi Dharmender,  At the moment, we do not yet have that available.  I did raise this with the CA team internally to see if it is planned and will get back to you soon.

    I confirmed with Product Mgmt. that this is on our Road Map, but it not available today or short term.

    Hey Shawn,

     

    HA for CA DXI IM, when it will be available, if we have time line how long will be the time line for HA availability, is it available within 1 or 2 months, as we had the conversation since 5 month ago do we have any update on this?
    This is an urgent requirement from customer, as we are in the mid of the project, customer saying that without HA their monitoring solution is incomplete & client will not proceed further.
    Note: Also please let me know that Windows Server 2016 is not supported yet for the robot deployment, and probe deployment, when it will be available, if we have time line how long will be the time line for Windows Server 2016 availability is it available within 1 or 2 months?

    It is my understanding that feature availability is a question for the product manager and not Support. 

     

    DXI doesn't seem to provide compatibility matrix so here is the link to UIM 9.0.2 which shows W2K16 is supported for robot.

    We moved the compatibility matrix for UIM SaaS here:

    Windows 2016 is supported now.  Please reference the section:  "Monitoring Hosts/Robots Operating Systems"

    I will ping product mgmt about the HA hub support ETA

    HA support for the Relay hub is tentatively scheduled for the next PI, which begins January 1st. We estimate it will be available Spring 2019.
