    Hi All,

     

    so here is the deal. We have AE of version 12.0.1

    and agents of 12.0.1 and 11.2.3

    We have AWI version of Automic Web Interface 12.0.1.HF02-402

    and UI of UserInterface Version: 12.0.1+build.5664

     

    Can I upgrade the AWI and UI to 12.1 and if yes then what are the steps and requirements I would need to take are of.

    No, you would need to upgrade the AE and initial data to 12.1 in order to use the 12.1 AWI

    Hi

     

    thats cause by the naming logic of Automic, which is indeed a bit - hmm weird, fuzzy, strange, un-logial, ......

     

    The system should be [Major][Minor][ServicePack]

     

    But Automic does handle Minor versions as Major versions - so 11.2,  12.1, 12.1 are Major Versions....

     

    thats one of a thousand things you simplyhave to know :-)
