  • 1.  Cost aggregation in task list

    Hi All, 

     

    My client is using CA PPM 15.3 and he would like to use the task view list to get the resource monetary valorization.

    We chose the attribute EAC (T) to retrieve the data in the task list which is working fine but the total amount - when displaying phases AND tasks,  make the sum of all lines... So the amounts are duplicated in the total calculation. Is there a way to avoid this ?

    Hi Simon, 

     

    I do not think you will be able to avoid this. This Task List page does not show the Tasks based on the Hierarchy, and hence it will count all the tasks in individual rows and then do the summation in the aggregation row. There will be amounts which will be counted more than once in this view. I believe you have to live with it.

    I can understand your concern.

    But since this Task List page does not consider the Hierarchy thing, so it is not expected also to consider the same. 

    You can still raise an Idea if you want. In case that helps.
