Does CA has any benchmarks about the number of transactions an AG server can handle ( the new 64 bit ) when it's being used a federation gateway and proxy agent on Linux/CentOS system?. I understand that this is very much dependent on the environment and they are lot of factors involved but any small information helps.

We are trying to build an SPS on a centos with 4 core, 16 GB memory VM's.

This cannot be predictable as this depends on the Ram / Performance of the server,

Ram is correct. Unfortunately there is really no small information that would help. You would have to contact your Ca Account team to see if Ca Services can do a health check/pre tuning service
