Hi Team,

I need a help in creating a Data Partition Constraint. below is the requirement.

when change is in Particular status like change status = "approved" then ticket should not to  be edited hence i created a DP with below constraint.

Table name = change_request

Constraint name =Pre update

Constraint = Status  in ('App').

and it is working as expected as no one can edit the change once it got into approved status.

but there is another requirement that only Manual notification activity  should enable what ever the status of the ticket. ( even though it is in Approved status ).

can any body suggest on this ?

Santoshi, it seems to me you should use workflow tasks not the change orders. The change orders have tasks and once those tasks have been approved then can't change the task anymore but change orders are editable. Thanks _Chi
