Incident Area automatically assigne

Dear Support,

 

We are using CA Service Desk 14.1.3 at our organization. My client requirement is when they logged any incident in service desk they put CI in configuration Item field and incident area automatically filled or selected. They do not want to fill incident area manually. Please help us.
