We are excited to announce Swimlanes for Team Board.

Swimlanes enable teams to categorize their work horizontally on the Team Board.

Horizontal swimlanes highlight different types of demand more clearly and empower teams to focus on work that demands special attention.

For this first increments we have implemented the following swimlanes:

• Expedite
• Blocked
• Ready
• Iteration (added Aug 27th, 2018)
• Release (added Aug 27th, 2018)
• Parent (added Aug 27th, 2018)
• Owner (added Aug 27th, 2018)

How to create swimlanes on Team Board:

• Click on the Swimlanes button to open the toolbar
• From the drop down select ‘Expedite’ or any of the other swimlanes
• the Team Board will re-render with cards showing in their appropriate swimlane

This highly requested feature will be available to all customers on Wednesday July 18th, 2018.

For our second increment we are planning to implement the following functionality:

• Drag & drop between swimlanes
• Swimlane by: Iteration, Release, Parent, Owner

The delivery timeline for this second increment is not yet known.

This is cool! Thanks for sharing the updates schan32!!! People are certainly loving Swimlanes, and with these added fields, oh my!

The "parent" swimlanes doesn't work correctly though. All parents, e.g., features, are not loaded right away. I need to expand the bottom one and scroll down for all parents to be display.

Do I report this via the beta button or as a support case?

I'm not sure I understand the issue you describe. When I choose the "Parent" swimlane, all my work items show (as all of the Parent swimlanes are expanded), just in the swimlane of each parent. 

Or are you saying they don't all show on the screen at the same time and you have to scroll down to see them all? 

It's not that they don't fit on the screen, the feature/parent swimlanes are simply not shown. 

In my case I have roughly 8 parents, but at page load time only 4 are shown. If I then expand the bottom one and scroll down, the other 4 parents are also displayed.

quick question. 

Did this happen after you added swimlanes to your board, collapsed them, navigated away and came back?

I can reproduce this issue, if I take these steps and wanted to make sure this is what you are seeing.
