  • 1.  http warning in DSA warn log

    Running CA Dir 14.

Getting this warning every minute in the data DSA warn log:

    [0] 20180717.134400.734 WARN : HTTP send failure HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
    WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="Users"
    Date: Tue, 17 Jul 2018 17:44:00 GMT
    Connection: keep-alive
    Content-Length: 12

I don't see any matching timestamp in the query or summary logs so trying to figure what the cause of this warning is and how I might resolve it.

    Thanks

This comes from Dev team:  One possible reason I can think of is that, DSA might have got configured with external monitoring.

Since Monitoring got enabled, DSA is sending http request to configured endpoint on regular interval.

Endpoint is rejecting http request with unauthorized so it could be password issue or endpoint is not configured properly.

So this could be endpoint password/monitoring configuration issue of that particular DSA.

    Hi Samatnys

Did you get a solution to this issue?

I am also seeing these errors and I did not configure the external monitoring of DSAs.

    Thanks,
