Is there a view or export that will show me the date user stories went live? Preferably with the ability to see or roll up to the parent feature?

No there is no current ability like what you describe. If you are looking for something specific, you can create a support case if you are unable to find it in the docs in pages like the following: (Note: user story identifiers or USxxxxx are not exposed in these links but the defect identifiers are in some of them, DExxxxx.)
